Lots of sun, lots of snow and a super service with flexible arrangements. Thankyou and see you soon.' P.S. The food was gastronomic! Huub & Mariella, Netherlands 17th - 24th December 2005 'Dear Jem Jelle & Belcheir, As Dutch people booking our first catered holiday we were aprehensive that everything would work out...When it was a Christmas holiday and a 30th wedding anniversary celebration...we were aprehensive...When the group was from 3 generations of 4 families...we really had cause to be aprehensive. From the website, the telephone calls and the mails everything sounded great! But... It was above expectation. The chalet, the breakfast, the taxi service, the ski area, the cakes, the aperitif, the food, The atmosphere, the sun, the welcome, the advise, the freindliness, taking the kids out to L'Isba (the place to be!)... All in all it was FANTASTIC! Thankyou and see you soon.' Family Coumans, Netherlands 24th - 31st December 2005 'Dear Jem, Jelle & Bel, You were our first 'catering' experience. Together with our best freinds and our families we had all the rooms full, the whole chalet for ourselves and all your attention. Back in Chatel after 20 years, having avoided the portes du soleil for so long because of the bad snow conditions we found then, what we found this week impressed us enormously. 20cm of fresh snow and not many people on the pistes in the New year week! Jem and his hospitality, delicious breakfasts, taxi service...a real vacation. No need for snow chains or parking and dragging skis and shoes. Every evening the dinner was delicious and more than enough. The kids also ate well. Thankyou so much guys and hopefully see you next time.' Normally we cook for ourselves and must also do the cleaning. Now we have had a REAL vacation. It was not just the great snow but the delicious meals and freindly hosts, really great. A really good formula. Hopefully we will come back again. All the best for the coming year.' Sun every day, except the last, but that is good for the following guests - Snow. Here in the chalet it was also very nice. A homely atmosphere with great people. We have only praise for the holiday, especially for the food, DELICIOUS, it was like a top restaurant, we didn't expect that! We definitely hope to come back.' It was freezing almost every day. Terrific breakfast every morning. Fantastic service; rides to the bottom of the piste. Complaints, none. The Crazy Lion is great for apres-ski. Then on to Belcheir's super cooking, also delicious vegetarian meals! Al in all it is fantastic here!'
